[Ohio-talk] March for Independence

Hello Federation Family,

It was me that began to use the acronym in email messages. I have been
working with government agencies for some time now and they try to shorten
the need to type out words that could be shortened. I guess it rubbed off on
me, LOL. I never meant for it to become such an issue. At that time, we had
only had one meeting about Marching for Independence as a total group And I
was directing my messages to those that knew what I was talking about. I
apologize for the confusion I have caused and have corrected my error.
Please understand, I never would have conveyed this objective in this
manner to the general public. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought
that our list are for those that are in our blind community and while I was
using the acronym the initiative had not been officially introduced other
than to schedule a meeting to launch ideas. I did not know that it was so
important to address the list so formally at that time. I apologize and hope
that everyone can forgive me.

Blind love is the answer, presently, and for our future!

Much Love,

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.

Hi Sherry,
The letters do make sense for memo line on checks. I just saw it other
places and didn't know what it meant.
I hope you and Tom have a Blessed New Year.
