Hi Cheryl,
Since you will be using JAWS 12, Windows 10 is not accessible with
earlier versions of JAWS. You can try Windows 8, but windows 7 would
probably be your best option. I've used it for 3 years and have never
run into any accessibility issues in 7. Please write me offlist with
the computer requirements and I can try to look online for used
computers for you.
