Subject: [Ohio-talk] {Spam?} National convention
Hello all, Not only is the June 26th Charity Day 5k rapidly approaching, but so is National convention in Orlando. As most of you know, Ohio is famous for it's M and M's sold during convention as a staple to get through the long , busy days. We are known for our chanting of Ohio M and M's all through the halls and prior to start each day, lunch time and after general sessions. People look for our delegation in general sessions because they need their snack. All that said, it is a fundraiser that has been done for years. Many years ago I was given a box of these tasty treats at convention and told that we all pitch in to get them sold. OK, I got it done and have done so every year that I have gone since. I chose to pay for mine when I pick them up, a greater incentive to get them sold and recoup my money! Youth peddling the Candy is an awesome way to get them sold, as who can resist a kiddo? Believe me when I say that I have enlisted fellow fedetationists kids to do it and also had Dusty calling out Ohio M and M's. Creativity works. I would love to know who all is attending convention so that Richard places an adequate order for the sellers. Anyone can sell them, but especially if you are receiving assistance from the affiliate or chapter, please help us replenish funds. If you would comment below that you are attending and will help us in this fundraiser, it would be wonderful.Thank you all.Carol Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android _______________________________________________
