By taking a bill with your address with you to vote, and going to the right precinct at college, you can cast a provisional ballot. They will send a worker from each party to the machine with you if you cannot work the accessible machine. College students here wander in all the time. To be sure about the process, check with the Dayton board of elections for the exact rules. I would have thought that Hamilton County would have been willing to send an absentee ballot out of the county, but you are now going to run into deadlines for sending them.
