Hello NFBO,
By now, I'm sure you have all had a chance to talk to your chapters and
divisions about a fundraising opportunity at national convention. This is
just a reminder that I need your information for your plans by May 1st. Put
your creative thinking caps on and your fundraising committees to work! See
the original email from Rachel Kuntz below for detailed instructions.
Have a great day.

Subject: [Ohio-talk] NFB Ohio Exhibit Hall Table at national convention

Attention NFBO Chapters and Divisions

Are you thinking about using the NFB national convention in Orlando as a
platform to raise funds for your group?

As you may know, a table can be reserved in the national convention exhibit
hall for state affiliates to use for informational and/or fundraising
purposes. NFB of Ohio has opted to reserve a table this year. The current
plan is to sell NFB adorned Tumblers, braille jewelry and M&M's.

Additional space will be made available to any pre-registered NFBO chapters
and divisions wishing to sell items. We ask that you forward your plans to
Sheri Albers at salbers1 at twc.com no later than May 1, 2016.

In order to be approved to participate please submit the following
information

1. NFBO chapter or division name

2. Contact person - including cell number and email address

3. Name of Item to be sold

4. Brief description of item

5. Sales price per item

Please keep in mind that any group wishing to sell items at convention will
also be required to provide volunteers to work at the exhibit table during
all shifts.

Thank you so much for your consideration and quick response to this request
for action. A separate email will be sent out later this spring which will
focus on volunteer opportunities for Ohio attendees. We have a lot of eager
and enthusiastic members who will be attending national convention so I know
that we will be able to fill our volunteer schedule with ease. I sincerely
look forward to working alongside you!

Enthusiastically yours

Rachel Kuntz
