I was very happy to see that Richard Payne won the grand prize for the Piggest Raffle. I know I bought my tickets for the raffle from the NFB Ohio affiliate since I knew if I won, they would win too. What I'd like to know is who or what is Three Blind Mice that was listed as the ticket seller to Richard? Is that a charitable organization and what do they do?
