Yes, it will. It doesn’t necessarily matter what operating system you are running, rather the screen reader. Since the Braille display will not display text without the presence of a screen reader, your main concern is the version of said screen reader. JAWS 17, the latest version of JAWS, does work with Windows 10 and has up-to-date drivers for most of the popular displays like the Focus, Brailliant, and Braille Edge.
