[Ohio-talk] fascinating story about a case going to the Supreme Court

Today's Plain Dealer has a small story about this case. The outcome
should be interesting.
With all the other problems for children in the school system this is
another distraction and discouragement from learning/
teaching.However, it needs to be decided.
