Thanks to the successful efforts of the Exhibit Hall Committee chaired by
Macy McClain and comprised of Annette Anderson, Susan Ott, Cheryl Fisher,
Suzanne Turner, and Rachel Kuntz with support from President Payne, we have
a very extensive list of vendors for you to enjoy at this year's convention.
Exhibit Hall is open to the public from noon to 5pm on Sat. Nov 12. Barring
any unforeseen changes, the following layout and logistical information
apply to Saturday's shopping extravaganza.

As you face the entrance to Le Grand Ballroom I (also known as Grand
Ballroom 1), the first vendor you will encounter will be a tactile art
exhibit by Owen McCafferty a blind artist from the NFB of Cleveland. Take a
moment to explore his paintings before entering Exhibit Hall.

Inside Exhibit Hall the majority of the tables will be arranged around the
parameter of the rectangular room and four tables will form a square in the
center of the room.

The first table on the left along the wall once inside of Exhibit Hall will
be the NFB of Ohio table. It is here that you can drop off or fill out your
Exhibit Hall Door Prize Entry card to be placed in the running for a few
great door prizes exclusive to Exhibit Hall.

Continuing our journey inside Exhibit Hall while keeping the tables on our
left side and proceeding clockwise around the room you will have the
opportunity to shop or gather information from the following exhibitors:
NFB NEWSLINE, Independent Living Aids, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Opportunities
for Ohioans with Disabilities, Magnifiers & More, Flying Blind, BAUM, Ohio
Association of Guide Dog Users, Tangible Surface Research, Universal Low
Vision Aids, En-Vision America, Vanda Pharmaceuticals, the Cleveland Sight
Center, a guide dog puppy raiser along with Sarandipity custom dog collars,
and finishing out the tables along the parameter will be iCan Connect.

The center of the room will hold four tables. Beginning with the table
facing the exit you will find the Equal Employment Opportunity Council
sharing a table with Vivian Sharp Productions. Traveling clockwise while
keeping these tables on your right you will find the following NFBO chapters
fundraising: Cleveland, Miami Valley, Cincinnati, and Greater Summit County.

A quick note about Exhibit Hall Door Prizes. Door prizes were contributed by
several vendors and range in value. Everyone who registered in advance of
convention will receive a completed Exhibit Hall Door Prize Entry Card in
their registration packets. This 3 inch by 4 inch card with one corner cut
off will contain your name and cell phone number (if provided). Tuck this
card into your name badge to deliver to the affiliate table. Don't worry
should it be lost or forgotten. This card is given as a courtesy only. Blank
cards can be completed at the NFB of Ohio table. Only one entry per person
will be accepted.

The drawing for each prize will begin at 4:50 PM in Exhibit Hall. The winner
does not have to be present to win. Macy McClain will contact all winners.
Winners will also be announced during the banquet. All items must be picked
up by the winner by the close of convention.

We sincerely hope you find all that you are looking for in the 2016 NFB of
Ohio Exhibit Hall. Please share this information with your friends, family,
and colleagues so that they too can get the tools needed to live the life
they want.

Happy Shopping,
