Greetings to future participants,

I would like to invite you to participate in a research survey geared to “Social Justice Employment within the Disabled Community”. This survey is over seen by the Lamar University Sociology Department. The goal of the survey is to obtain opinions of individuals with disabilities who are both employed or unemployed. This survey will approximately take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. 

**Any information or data achieved from this research will be kept confidential and private. I the researcher alone will be the only individual that will have access to any information that is given.
The formal study will be submitted for IRB approval, the approval information is available upon request.
