[Ohio-talk] Room Changes for NFBO State Convention

Good Morning NFBO,

I need to let you know about some room changes to some meetings that will
occur this weekend at our NFBO state convention. These changes were made due
to the fact that we have one of the largest, if not the largest, conventions
that we have ever had in the history of our affiliate! These changes will
not be reflected on your agendas, so I am listing them below. These are only
room changes, and not time changes, and we will have Marshals on hand to
make sure everyone gets to the right place.

 

FRIDAY, November 11, 2016

11:00 PM to 12:00 PM: Board of Directors Meeting Petit C and D

 

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM:   Ohio Association of Blind Merchants Meeting, Annette
Lutz, President - Petit C and D

 

6:30 PM to 8:30 PM:   Sports and Recreation, Maryann Denning, President,
OAPUB - Grand Ballroom 1

 

7:00 PM to 8:00 PM:   At Large Chapter Meeting, Colleen Roth, President -
Petit C and D

 

8:00 PM to 8:30 PM:   Resolutions Committee Meeting, Debbie Baker, Chair -
Petit C and D

 

8:30 PM: Nominating Committee Meeting, Dr. Carolyn Peters, Chair - Petit A
and B

This is a closed meeting.

 

10:00 PM to 10:45 PM:      "Erma Wants Extra Money for Christmas" Play
performance.

Grand Ballroom 1

 

Again, there have been no time changes, and Marshalls will be there to
remind you of these room changes. Also, for each General Session, you will
notice when you enter, that we have spread out into two sections of the
Grand Ballroom, to accommodate our numbers and make it more comfortable for
all of us.
