I would encourage people to   make room arrangements for the rooms now
because Hotels can release the block they need to make sure they are not
left with a lot of open rooms. Richard

Hi Sheri, the deadline date was discussed in our chapter meeting this
evening. I called the DoubleTree and was informed that the deadline is
