Hello All,

On May 6, 2017, I would like to invite you to join me in representing the
Cleveland Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind at the Walk, Rock
and Run Diversity Day. I am organizing a team of blind members to take a
part in diversity, equity and inclusion.

This walk is one to three miles with no cost. However, if you would like to
run or participate in the 5k CHIP-Time Run, the cost is $25.00 per person by
April 30, 2017 or $35.00 per person by May 1, to May 5 2017 by 9:00 AM;
which includes T-Shirts, free admission to The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The
Great Lakes Science Center and the USS Cod Submarine Museum.

The Cleveland Chapter will take part in the free 1-3 mile walk. But, the 5k
mile would be a great vacation time at a low cost. It is a pleasure to have
access to all the above activities at this price. A family of four would
pay a low price of $100.00.

So, come and walk with us, send me your name and I will register you on the
NFB of Cleveland's Team. Let's fellowship with one another and bring your
friends and family along. I would like to see our group as one of the
largest present. There is someone who needs you and the philosophy and
mission of the National Federation of the Blind. Just being present could
make a difference in someone's life. Think about it! It could be a
counselor who is unsure how to approach a blind child; it could be a son
whose mother just was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration or perhaps it is a
next-door neighbor who thinks that a seeing eye dog is just a pet.

Again the 1 to 3-mile Diversity Walk is free and you cannot beat that! I am
also appealing to the Ohio Affiliate to come out as well. We have the best
hospitality; including the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavilers and us of
course!

This is noted to be the largest Diversity Walk and it will be a great day!
The event includes, free water, snacks and food for all participants.

For more information, please feel free to contact me.

Note!

Proceeds from the Walk funds school and youth programs and our mission to
eliminate bias, bigotry, and racism.
