I think this is stranger than strange!
What on earth do all those things have to do with counseling?
Maybe the employer posted the wrong text under the job title!
Press the Delete key and look for a better one.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required
to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects,
tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently
lifts or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
