[Ohio-talk] Update on HB 309

Hello NFBO,

I just spoke to the committee chair's office for HB 309, and it is scheduled
for a vote in tomorrow's hearing. When I asked what our chances were, I was
told that there was no problem of a unanimous passing of this bill! I will
let you know as soon as I find out. Please save your testimony for the
Senate hearings, when we have to do this all over again!
