Hi my name is Amy and I use Bart on my iPhone. As far is resetting your password I believe that you have to do that from a PC. Downloading the app is easy. But it's been so long you might want to talk with your local library if there's anything that you need to do as far as entering the code. Otherwise downloading books and things as easy.
