[Ohio-talk] Appeals Court in Cincinnati finds for blind in absentee ballot accessibility case

I saw a Toledo Blade article about the case brought by the NFB against
Ohio's Secretary of State. It is regarding absentee ballot access for the
blind. The Appeals Court in Cincinnati sent the matter back to the lower
Court to be reconsidered. Their previous decision was against the blind and
for the Secretary of State. 

This could be good for us. I'm sure we'll hear soon from the National
Center.
