It's hard to say.  These sorts of things require more details.  What exactly
is she struggling with?  Typically, with Microsoft Office, you put in the
DVD and follow the prompts to start the setup.  You then have to go into one
of the Office applications and activate it with the product key that came
with the software.

If I knew exactly what was causing her trouble, I might be able to help
better.

Thank you, I have 2018.  She is having a hard time installing Microsoft
Office Professional though.  What do you think is the best thing for me to
tell her?

You should certainly get the latest version if you can .  Especially with
how rapidly Windows 10 is changing, if you can stay up-to-date, that's your
best option.

Since you are talking about J.A.W.S., do I want J.A.W.S. 18 or J.A.W.S. 2018
installed on to my new lap top computer?  My wife is having a hard time
installing my Microsoft Office Professional and J.A.W.S. on my new computer
and I don't know how to help her.  Thank you for any good advice.

Let me get around to installing JAWS back onto my computer (I use NVDA, but
have JAWS) and I'll report back to you.  
What version do you have?  I am able to try it with both 18 and 2018.

Are you using a device like a iphone or ipad with the app? 
I have a desktop and I'm using Windows 10 and Internet Explorer to bring up
the instacart website. I can't even find the search bar and after clicking
on links or buttons, the results I get   are inconsistent.  
I will call Freedom Scientific on Monday to see if they can give me any
tips.

Yes, the InstaCart site works just fine for me and I use it every few weeks
or so along with the app.  The app has minor accessibility issues, but it
works.

A number of grocery stores have begun offering delivery, and mostly free
delivery, in the Cleveland area. I am so disgusted by the inaccessibility of
the website through which  you are supposed to be able to view products and
place orders. Absolutely inaccessible as far as I can tell. 

Inaccessibility means I don't get free delivery or any  delivery at all, for
that matter. 

Inaccessibility means that I don't get the extra discounts available on the
website, including $5 discount for buying baking products and $20 discount
for one's first order. 

I've left a message for Dave's Grocery Corporate Office to say I want
someone to place my on-line order and any future orders for me until such
time as they make their website accessible.

We'll see what they say tomorrow, but I'm not feeling hopeful.

Why don't these local grocery stores realize that some of their biggest
on-line customers would be people with disabilities?

The inaccessible website is davesdelivers.com. 

A Manager at a Daves store told me that a company called Instacart created
their shopping website and shopping websites for at least a handful of other
stores in the area. I went directly to instacart.com to see if their  site
worked any better than the one they created for Daves, but it's just the
same.

Has anyone used instacart successfully to shop? 

I appreciate any info or advice.
