Good question Chris. I guess it is assumed that people in Dayton are close
enough to travel to one of the other cities. I thought OOD said they
understand the transportation issues of many people with disabilities,
especially those with severe disabilities. But the one in Cincinnati is not
accessible to many people who live here.
