[Ohio-talk] someone to teach Braile to sighted mother in Cleveland area

I have told her that sighted people learn to read braille with their eyes but she wants to learn to read it with her fingers. She wants to use a learning shade. That is all I know. I will certainly pass everyone’s name and contact information along to her and she can handle it from there.
