Good morning Mike,

Thanks a lot for all the time and effort you are putting and for your timely
updates. Two thumbs up!

Let's hope and pray HB-309 will get the necessary votes without any
problems.

Please let us know when we should get in touch with the governor to ask him
to veto the HB-271.

Again, thanks a lot for keeping an open eye and your follow ups on these
important bills.

Have a great day.

Ali

and then meant show 309 did not get a vote today. There is a Nother session
tomorrow I am going to check and see if it will be voted on tomorrow or will
be put on the agenda. But they do not publish the full agenda until the
morning of.

Great work and those who can make the calls today please do so.

is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we
raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create
obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you
want; blindness is not what holds you back

Thank you for those who made calls today. I called several different offices
and actually got to speak to people, I think it went well. As to 271 it
appears to of gone down party lines as to if they would vote no or not. I
plan to be at the session tomorrow and hopefully I will hear 309 get past. I
would like Sherry and I to give you guys a A to Torio as to the legislative
process in regards to hearings and the like. I think 271 will probably pass
and our only option would be to ask the governor to veto it. In short I may
be asking everyone to make calls and writing the governors office after
tomorrow. Again thank you for your effort. I am impressed with Akron. Please
excuse any dictation error.

Best,

Michael
