Hello everyone,
By the time Mike and I left the Ohio State House, every office of the Rules and Reference Committee had heard from us. We actually caught Senator Randi Gardner on his way to President Obhof’s Office and he had time to sit with us for a minute. He was very familiar with HB 309 and would pass along his support to get the bill on the floor for a vote tomorrow. The rules and reference committee meets at 11 AM. We will then know whether it is on the agenda and out for the 1:30 Senate session. At that time, I will send you all an email so you can live stream the session from your computer. The website is www.ohiosenate.gov, then find the link to watch the senate session live.
