Hello my name us Edie Steffan I am trying to help my friend Mary Ann Delong
who is blind get Audio Description on her TV.  I am very frustrated going
from Spectrum representatives, to Samsung going back and forth, only to find
that no one seems to know how to help us. I find it hard to believe that no
one knows how this works or what we need to make it work. Mary Ann is aware
that she can add a DVD player to her TV and can rent from the ACB I believe
it is, Audio Described Movies on DVD. Hopefully you could point us in the
right direction.
