Here are the details for our proponent hearing for HB309. If you get your
testimony to Adam, he will submit it to the Chair Kevin Bacon's office for
you, and you do not have to worry about filling out a submission form. He
would need this by 10:00 AM Monday morning. His email address is

If you are able to attend the hearing, it is being held in the North Hearing
Room of the Ohio State House on Tuesday at 10:15 AM. Even if you appear in
person, you still need to submit written testimony and let Adam know that
you will be at the hearing to testify. Let me know if you have any
