The reason you had trouble keeping track of whether you were muted or not is because I believe the host may have muted and unmuted everyone several times during the call when trying to unmute individual users. Could be wrong but I think this is what was going on.

Hi Eric. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in the conference and the Zoom Platform in general. Since I have some of my business prospects that are migrating to Zoom, this was really good practice for me. I was using the App using VoiceOver and keeping track of whether or not I was muted during the conference was a bit of a challenge. I might consider using the phone or the PC next time. Also--thanks to you and Richard for answering my questions and clarifying some logistical issues. All and all--I thought it was a good conference.
Hope to see you this weekend in Columbus.
Very Best,
Chris

For everyone who was a part of the Columbus seminar meeting tonight, I am interested in your comments related to the zoom platform. Realizing that no method is perfect I encourage both positive and negative feedback.
I have some thoughts of my own, but I won’t offer them at this time. I want to hear from you.
Thanks.
Eric
