Has everyone made their plans for Las Vegas? 

 

The Board of Directors has voted on the amount of Convention Assistance, and
President Payne has posted the application on the email list. If you are
going to apply, please do not wait until the last minute because funds are
limited. The deadline is May 15.

 

Whether you're a first-timer or a veteran of the convention, we look forward
to your attendance at the 2019 NFB National Convention, Sunday, July 7
through Friday, July 12, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Booking the hotel

Call the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino at 877-632-9001 to book your room.
For NFB convention attendees, the nightly rate for singles, doubles,
triples, and quads is $99. Hotel taxes are 13.38 percent and sales tax is
8.25 percent. The resort fee, normally $37 a night, is waived for NFB
convention attendees.

I need to remind you that when you check in to the hotel, they will charge
you $100 per day, for the first four days, for a total of $400. This is to
cover incidentals for your room which you can use for restaurants or gift
shops or services in the hotel. Whatever the unused balance is when you
check out, it will be credited back to your card. It is best to check in
with a credit card, not a debit card.  

 

Preregister

Preregister at convention.nfb.org<https://convention.nfb.org/>. Upon your
arrival, you'll only need to pick up your badge and welcome materials.
