For those wanting to prolong their life, eating this food combination is
said to increase a healthier lifestyle.

This message was heard on NBC Morning News today.

Beans, greens, nuts and whole-grain.

1 cup of beans daily can progress your life by 4 years.

Aged Europeans were interviewed from different countries and all said
basically the same.  These  folks were at lease approaching 100 years or
more.
