Subject: Cuyahoga County Board of Elections Tabulation Vendor Demonstration Days

Good Afternoon,

 

I am pleased to inform you that Ohio Senate Bill 135 was passed and signed into law earlier this year. This means that Cuyahoga County will be allotted over $10.4 million from the Secretary of State’s office for new voting/tabulation equipment purchases. With that said, please accept this email as an invitation to attend and participate in the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections Tabulation Vendor Demonstration Days, scheduled to take place January 15th – 17th, 2019, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. 

 

Over this three day period, we will be hosting three voting equipment vendors (State of Ohio Certified), each with their own designated day to provide various presentations, demonstrations, and answer questions regarding their systems. The schedule for each day is as follows (agendas attached for each day):

 

*	Tuesday, January 15th, 2019, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm: Election Systems and Software (ES&S).

 

*	Wednesday, January 16th, 2019, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm: Hart InterCivic.

 

*	Thursday, January 17th, 2019, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm: Clear Ballot.

 

These presentations will be open to the public, and will include a brief overview of the company, a vendor presentation, and a physical demonstration of their equipment.
