Happy Birthday to President Payne who truly is a pain! But he’s a good pain, and now he’s an older Payne. He has created a Facebook fund raiser which Shelley and. I will contribute to before the day is over. We encourage you to do the same.

Richard is getting old, so we really need to do this for him.
