Personally, I don't wait until the meeting to play the release. Our meeting
is the third Friday of the month. By then its content become old news. Most
of the time I play it as soon as I get it from Richard. I don't mind
listening/playing it again during our monthly meeting. 

Also, when sending the link  alone is much easier and tempting to just click
on it and start listening. On the other hand, finding it within the Notebook
is sometimes not that obvious due to the wealth of info in the Notebook sent
by Richard, I think.

One more note please. I know you are aware of this. We need to remind those
who cannot/couldn't make it to the meeting due to work,  health or any other
valid reasons. We need to make sure as much as we can that every member has
played the Presidential Release.
