Next phase--governor DeWine has arrived--federal funds are advised.  Generators are on the way for the pump stations but it will take an additional twelve hours to go into effect. People driving in damaged area to gaulk.  Will be fined if caught.  Children's medical center put on reserve generators and surgeries are cancelled. Additional shelters opened.  Preliminary findings that beavercreek area had an EF3 tornado where winds were 130-160.   A lot of wide spread damage.  Winds snapped just the tops of trees.  Three apartment complexes in trotwood damaged.  MORE RAIN TO COME THIS AFTERNOON
