[Ohio-Talk] HB214 Testimony needed

Eric. Can you give me any ideas about how the witness form is formatted in
Word. I received a blank form that doesn't appear to be formatted so I can't
trust that when I fill it out in Word it will print out intelligibly. Can
this be filled out without sighted assistance. I realize this is a stupid
question.

a witness slip 24 hours before the hearing.
