The Ohio State University Nisonger Center is looking for individuals with disabilities to do interviews for the National Core Indicators’ survey. Candidates would be needed to interview other individuals with disabilities within their county and neighboring counties if they can get transportation outside of the county they reside. The application does ask people to indicate if they can travel outside their county.

The Ohio State University Nisonger Center is looking for individuals with developmental disabilities and their family 

members to be NCI interviewers. Interviewers will conduct face-to-face conversations with Ohioans with disabilities 

for the National Core Indicators (NCI) Adult in Person survey 

(www.nationalcoreindicators.org

www.nationalcoreindicators.org).

● Receive $45 per interview carried out 

● 30-60 minutes per interview 

● Each interviewer is required to attend a paid training offered by OSU Nisonger Center 

● Help is available for all interviewers through a 1-800 line to call and by email 

● Interviewers will carry out at least 15 interviews per year 

● Interviewers can schedule their interviews based on their availability 

● Interviewers must provide or arrange their own transportation 

Examples of survey questions: Do you like your home? Do you feel safe? 

Do you have a paid job in the community?
