Barbara. Thanks so much for reading this article and for your comments. I do hope our leaders read this article and take it seriously, particularly in light of our focus on diversity and intersectionality nationally. This is extremely important to me as the numbers of our children are increasingly dramatically and gets to the very heart of why I am a Federationist and give so much of our time to the organization, even if it is primarily at a Chapter level at this point.
