Does anyone have experience with talking bar code reader products? I know
about the Galaxy ID Mate from En-Vision America and the Microsoft app called
Seeing AI and its updated or next generation version whose name I cannot
recall. Are there others? I can't find any reviews from blind people who use
these products.

I also cannot find reviews from blind people about current text to speech
options. I am interested in anyone's first-hand experience with current
text to speech products, either stand alone or apps. I know about the
Kurzweil app and the Microsoft Seeing AI or its updated version, but I'm
wondering if these can read line by line, if they can spell words, about the
accuracy of the text reading, and about anything else negative or positive
you have to say about them.

Last, when one of these apps is used, does it work better or easier with an
android or an iPhone or an iPad? I hear things like, "The iPhone is harder
to use than the iPad because the screen is small." Then I hear, "The iPad is
harder to use than the iPhone because the screen is large."

Help!
