Attached is a sample the run-of-show and instructions for all of the speakers log in. We use a virtual event platform called Crowdcast. It’s simple and all web-based, but please do read the instructions and do your camera & microphone test beforehand. I’m going to register you for the event from my end. Momentarily, you will receive an auto-confirmation email from Columbus Metropolitan Library via Crowdcast <no-reply at crowdcast.io<mailto:no-reply at crowdcast.io>>. Check your junk mail if you don’t see it.

I’ll be out-of-the office the next few weeks, but my colleague Roberto Rodriquez will be the behind-the-scenes wizard managing the visual transitions on Crowdcast. If you as a group would like to do a quick rehearsal prior to event day, please coordinate a date/time with Roberto.
