1.	Will this be open to the general public? It sounds like it will.
2.	How does one identify as underserved and what are requirements for
receiving services?

I received this information today. In case people do not know, Clovernook is
an agency that employs people who are blind in a variety of jobs. This is a
service Clovernook will begin offering. I want to hear from others before I
express a point of view. I also want to say that some of their employees
have additional disabilities.

This may also be open to the blind community.

The Deaconess Foundation provides healthcare services and education to the
underserved, and as part of our mission, we're reaching out to the community
to let you know that next Wednesday, 1/15/20, we'll begin providing primary
care services at Clovernook Center for the Blind's Procter Center, from 8:30

- 4pm, and then again on 1/29/20. We plan to be there twice a month going
forward, on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays all day. Any questions may be directed
to 513.289.3704 - Deaconess Mobile Health Care.
