[Ohio-Talk] Need Blind Parent, Child Help

Here's the problem,

My daughter needs cataract surgery in both eyes, and is almost totally blind
in one eye, and she can't seem to get the healthcare she needs in the Dayton
area for some reason.  The last doctor she went to should have done a vision
field test so she could be diagnosed legally blind so she could qualify for
benefits, and other help she needs, but they would not do that.

I've been telling her for years she needs to get this done because blindness
runs in our family, and I've been through this myself, but her mother
convinced her that I didn't know what I'm talking about.  Now it's come to
the point that she will be totally blind if she doesn't get this taking care
of ASAP!

Now she is accepting what I told her about our family history, and the
misconceptions about blindness her mom told her, and I'm trying to get her
on the right path ETC.

Does anyone know of a good ophthalmologist in the Dayton area?  My 22 year
old needs cataract surgery, and a vision field test, but our family doctor
retired, and she has been getting the run around since then, and her mother
has been neglecting this issue .  Please respond to me in email only.

I would be better helping, but I don't live in the Dayton area anymore.
