[Ohio-Talk] Welcome Todd Elzey To The List

I would like to welcome one of my very best friends to the list. Todd and I have known each other since the first grade at the Ohio State School for the Blind. We didn’t get along very well at first to put it mildly. But now of course neither of us can say why that was. But it didn’t take us long to become good friends, and we have remained that way for all these many years. Todd will soon be coming home to Ohio, where he belongs. He will be a great asset to this Affiliate. He will soon join the PAC Plan and help us raise our standing.
