Hi Ohio,

     The Ohio Association of Blind Students is proud to announce our weekly
fitness zoom class for Ohio! We will be having this fitness class every
Thursday at 5 p.m starting June 25th for an initial 6 week period. If
interest is persistent, the duration of the class can be extended. One to
two students from the student division will be hosting the class every week
and workouts will consist of everything from stretching to body weight
exercise to isometrics. The workouts will be tailored to where anyone
regardless of experience or ability can get involved. We hope to get Ohio
moving and make it a fun community based activity! We hope to see you all
