53 years ago today, a little Payne came into the world. He soon grew to be a big Payne and then a real big Payne.

In fact, when we were at the Braille Challenge last Thursday, a lady who just met him that morning asked him if he was a Payne or a Pain. She said she thought it was the Ain ending.

Richard puts in a lot of time and energy into the work that we do in this affiliate, so I hope he will take the time to relax, have fun, and enjoy the day. I am not going to suggest any activities, because I am sure he doesn’t need my help. Well I guess I better stop there.
