Thanks for putting this message out and I would like to say on behalf of the NFBO we encourage everyone to pay very close attention to the governor and other local health officials. We would like to hear off list about any of our members that may be directly impacted by Coronavirus / Covid-19. Pleas be safe and reach out to our membership especially those who have been identified to be in the high-risk population. Thanks again and to all members do what you can to be safe and keep your spirits up.

Although our group exercise time is  extremely valuable, we think that it is important that everyone know about our NFBCO hotline and email outreach effort. We will be changing the topic of our Thursday 5:00pm mountain time call to discuss the NFBCO support efforts as well as tips and tricks for staying safe and healthy.

 

If you are not from Colorado you  are  still more than welcome to join to learn what we are doing in Colorado to meet the needs that arise from COVID-19 and share with us ideas from your affiliate. We are all stronger together!
