Did you unzip the books before transferring to your stream?

I am not sure if I could get a person at Human Ware so I thought I could ask you guys. I have downloaded a bunch of bard books onto my laptop. I have tried to transfer them to a SD card for my victor reader stream but it is not recognizing them to play them. It shows that they are taking up space on my SD card but when I put it into my victor it will not read out the titles. Does anyone have any advice on why this could be happening?
