[Ohio-Talk] Call to action for chapter's and divisions.

All,
You should be aware by now that many of our members do not use computers and
have access to social media, I would like to call to action chapter and
division  president's along with other members to reach out to the members
that you can identify and see how  they are holding up in this pandemic. 

You should also make a direct effort to contact them. I have talked to
several of our members but most of you should find yourselves speaking with
the membership. We should also warn our membership about scams and people
looking to take advantage of them. Will you also invite them to the call on
the twenty forth? Please stay safe and let the leadership know about
problems or concerns.
