Ohio,

You should be aware of the fact that I do not like to post this type of news
but because we are family Cassandra Jones gave me her permission to post
this also. She is the chair of our Scholarship Committee and Cassandra also
loss her father as a result of coronavirus.

Many people still think this is not a real sickness, but it keeps getting
closer to home. We have other members of our affiliate that have members of
the family that are sick or have systems of the coronavirus please keep
everyone in your prayers and stay safe.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back
