If using your oven to prepare them: Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake for
60 mins.

If cook on top of stove fry in hot oil 8 mins. On both sides.

This may take less cooking time if you use boneless skinless chicken breast

.This is for 1 whole chicken or boneless chicken breast.

If boneless, cut meat in half for smaller pieces for proper dipping.

Depend on the amount of dipping sauce that you make, depends on the amount
of chicken you fix.

Normal Amount:  Mix on stove in a sauce pan, 

1 half cup of Honey or Maple Syrup, with 1 cup of Hot Sauce (Frank's)

Heat and lightly stir until well mixed.

Mix flour with your favorite seasonings: Example: Garlic Powder, Salt and
Pepper , Lemon Bits.

NOTE: Both sugars are natural but Maple Syrup in my opinion has less sugar
for your metabolism, (for helping with your blood sugar control.).
