I am confused. What is the difference between a state identification card for people who are employed and anyone else who needs a state identification card?

Hello everyone, during the state convention, I met Mr. Marion Parker from the rain chapter, Mr. Parker shared some pertinent information regarding state identification for permanently disabled Ohioans, Who are employed. If you’re interested, go to Ohio BMV, form 5755-search health certificate for permanently disabled employees.
