Jordy,
Your personal donation of time and talent helped in every way. Thanks so much for your help.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] Greetings, and thanks

I first want to ensure that The efforts of the national Federation of the blind of Ohio are recognized. Supremely V convention this past weekend was a success! I’ve participated in several other virtual events, and have even conducted several, and this was the truest and most substitive those. My hats off to the planning committee, President Payne, and vice president Turner for a flawless demonstration of changing what it means to be blind.
this past week there was an electoral process that demonstrated the differences between us as humans. This past weekend, there was additionally a demonstration of that same ilk. I want to share my congratulatory thoughts with Marianne whom was the one to capture the board seat, as well as all of the other incumbents and urge each of you to exercise your opportunity to vote in the future. I appreciate Marianne’s contributions, look forward to the things that she has to contribute to the Federation, and will without a doubt, or elected office continue to do my part to build the national Federation of the blind. Hats off, and kudos to Richard, Suzanne, and the rest of the elected body as they are the true head of what we do. Thanks so much for the opportunity to serve, and I’m sure at some point you’ll hear from me in the future.
