Oops!

I thought you have plenty of left over. A misread!

In that case, your question is not easy to answer given COVID-19 stay home
policy.

We do understand the feeling and the temptations!

In this situation patience is the only answer and make sure to double treat
yourself next year!

For tonight, may be a pizza or a big bowl of salad would kill the craving
and a piece of a cheese cake on top of it.
Take care.

That's a good question many of us are actually facing!

I have the same problem here.

May be you can eat again from the left over today, like I did for lunch. If
you still have a lot of it, keep it in the freezer (packed in small
portions) and eat from it whenever you think you can handle it again - not
later than six months, of course!

Try to be vegetarian for a day or two and you will be fine eating from your
Thanksgiving left over food again. Keep doing that until you are done with
it!

Try to fast for 12 to 18 hours, and you will be fine eating from the left
over again!

Those are my three suggestions for you.

HTH!

Have a nice day.

Stay safe!

Ali

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
