Everyday we raise the expectations of blind people because we know that low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want, blindness is not what holds you back.

Hello Ohio!

         This is Kinshuk from the Student Division. As many of you know,
we have been running a walkathon fundraising campaign this summer for two
months now. The fundraiser has officially concluded and the results are
astounding. We were able to raise a total of $1480 which will be split up
75/25 between the student division and the affiliate. Thank you all for the
support and thank you to the chapters that allowed us to promote the
campaign.

    We are excited to announce our first and second place winners. In
first place with a total of 166 miles, we have Ali Benmerzouga from
Cleveland! In second place with a total of 71 miles, we have Maggie Knutson
from the Capital Chapter. Congrats to the both of you for your
accomplishments. Both of these winners will be receiving a gift card reward
for their efforts.

    Again, the student division thanks all of you for supporting us with
this effort. We are excited to continue growing our division and working
with you all to build the federation.
